Happy Anniversary

Hard to believe that it's been exactly two years since I started this process. It seemed like it was going to take forever and in just a couple weeks, I will have surgery. Well, my jaw surprised me with a getaway to Hawaii. Oh, Mandy, You are so thoughtful that way. I also couldn't resist and e-mailed the following to my orthodontist... (Yes, I really did.)
